Last Wednesday we focused on developing a plot. We started as usual with some warm up exercises and then continued with working on the story. Since we have just over two weeks left, we had the actors write down all their idéas. We then went on to write all the idéas into a original script.

We also got some time to getting familiar with the in-house light setup on Kultursenteret ISAK.

Today we have the first version of the script ready, and we're preparing for Wednesday's workshop as well as next week, in which we will meed every day at 4pm.

All participants will need to bring something to write with, as everyone will get their own copy of the script and small edits will be made.

On wednesday we had an awesome session working on how to develop characters through physical exercises.

The group have been developing the plot and different characters but we wanted each actor to develop a character for themselves. The reason is to make the actors feel more connected, comfortable and proud of the role theay are portraying on stage.

We then used an excersise where we put the characters to life on the floor just to get the actors comfortable with this new role.

These characters will be the focus in the next session, along with working to develop a plot based on the characters and their intensions. The group are so engaged and have a lot of energy, and we can't wait to show what these guys can do the 4th of June at Kultursenteret ISAK.
